Job Overview

Atorus is seeking an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Programmer to support the creation, deployment, and maintenance of clinical databases. This role involves EDC programming, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH Guidelines, and sponsor requirements, while providing technical support for data collection systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Medidata RAVE custom functions and configure study databases.
  • Set up studies and program edit checks per approved specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in database design, validation, and release activities.
  • Provide technical support to Clinical Data Management (CDM) teams, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Generate reports and listings for data managers.
  • Participate in internal/external meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Keep management informed of project risks, resource constraints, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field (or equivalent certification).
  • 1-4 years of EDC programming experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO settings.
  • Proficiency in Medidata RAVE custom functions (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in clinical database design & deployment.
  • Knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory standards (GCP, ICH).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
