๐ Key Responsibilities โ Clinical Payment Specialist I
As a Clinical Payment Specialist I, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing study specifications, EDC reports, and Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs) to understand site payment terms
- Supporting the Lead Clinical Payment Specialist (CPS) in distributing site invoices
- Analyzing site invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Processing clinical payment data within finance systems to generate accurate outputs
- Facilitating and distributing site grant payments throughout the study lifecycle
- Communicating effectively with investigators, sponsors, and internal study teams
- Ensuring all finance activities meet service level agreement (SLA) timelines
- Tracking incorrect or pending invoices and resolving billing discrepancies
- Running reports related to clinical trial payment activity
- Providing ongoing support to the Lead CPS across assigned studies
