🔍 Key Responsibilities – Clinical Operations Manager
Project Delivery & Oversight
- Oversee clinical trial deliverables to ensure high quality, on-time, and budget-compliant execution
- Monitor project performance through continuous interaction with project and functional leadership
- Provide clinical operations consultation and support metrics collection and corrective action plans
- Prepare study status reports for sponsors, internal stakeholders, and senior management
- Manage study-level documentation, correspondence, and compliance activities
Team & Resource Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate direct reports across clinical operations functions
- Develop accurate resource and staffing plans aligned with project needs
- Ensure productivity, quality metrics, and operational efficiency are consistently met
- Conduct quality checks of deliverables, including site visits and central documentation
Staff Development & Performance Management
- Support professional development through training, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Participate in formal appraisal and salary review processes
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Parexel’s values and client expectations
Client Management & Business Development
- Act as liaison between sponsors, project teams, and senior management
- Participate in proposal development, project bids, and client presentations
- Address client feedback and ensure continuous service improvement
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory agency requirements, and Parexel SOPs
- Champion process improvements and departmental initiatives
- Maintain required billability, administrative compliance, and operational standards
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related healthcare discipline
(Nursing or equivalent clinical experience also accepted) - Substantial experience in clinical monitoring, data management, or clinical research operations
- Strong understanding of global clinical trials environments
- Proven people-management and leadership experience
- Excellent written English and working proficiency in local language
- Ability to work independently under senior management supervision
