🧑💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and line-manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop CRA talent
- Provide regular 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with GCP guidelines and core monitoring standards
- Manage CRA workload, resourcing, and site allocations
- Support CRA retention, engagement, and career development
- Collaborate with regional and global clinical operations teams
- Travel (~10%) for on-site CRA evaluation and support
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Clinical Research
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical monitoring processes
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and people-management skills
- Experience in a global CRO environment (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation to build and lead high-performing clinical teams
