Align Technology is seeking a Clinical Liaison Specialist – Ortho to join their Hyderabad team. This field-based role is perfect for dental professionals passionate about clinical excellence and patient outcomes. As a Clinical Liaison Specialist, you will support dentists and orthodontists with Invisalign products, provide training, and contribute to market growth in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical plans in partnership with the sales team.
- Provide intensive clinical support to assigned accounts, including case assessment, record taking, ClinCheck usage, troubleshooting aligner issues, and case transfers to clinical consultants.
- Review initial ClinChecks for newly trained doctors and provide guidance to customers requiring assistance.
- Develop and deliver clinical training to new staff and dental professionals.
- Maintain accurate reporting of clinical activities and customer feedback.
- Support clinical-related sales and marketing programs, including mentorship and smile programs.
- Build strong relationships with certified and non-certified doctors to expand Invisalign adoption.
- Coordinate clinical events, including speaker management, pre-event preparation, and post-event follow-up.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market intelligence, reporting insights to the India Marketing Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Proven experience in training dentists or orthodontists.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to maintain ethical business relationships.
- Flexibility to travel for clinical and training activities.
