The role blends clinical feasibility assessment, business development, and strategic client acquisition, offering hands-on exposure to global research operations, investigator engagement, and new drug pipeline evaluation.


Key Responsibilities

🔍 Strategic Opportunity Identification

  • Research and analyze pharmaceutical and biotech pipelines to spot new clinical study opportunities.
  • Identify potential collaborations in emerging therapeutic areas and with CROs or pharma partners.

🤝 Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Support in building relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO clients through meetings, calls, and conferences.
  • Conduct client requirement assessments and generate new leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals and business presentations.
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, prospects, and project progress.

🧪 Clinical Feasibility Assessment

  • Lead feasibility assessments for clinical trials—analyzing protocols, patient populations, and site capabilities.
  • Identify and onboard qualified investigators and research sites.
  • Source preclinical, pathology, and biotech vendors for project-specific needs.
  • Provide insights on study viability and operational strategy.

⚙️ Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and internal SOPs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and project files.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Clinical Research.
  • 1–4 years of experience in clinical research, feasibility, or business development within the CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial phases, regulatory landscapes, and drug development processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
