Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Clinical Documentation Management role at IKS Health will perform the following tasks:
- Review and analyze raw patient healthcare data.
- Perform data abstraction and classification of clinical records.
- Segregate patient information into clinical and non-clinical categories.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of medical documentation.
- Follow internal healthcare data management guidelines and protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation to support clinical documentation processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
