- Supporting clinical systems and reporting solutions with data-driven insights.
- Responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Running and updating routine and ad hoc clinical reports.
- Developing dashboards and customized queries for reporting needs.
- Participating in system validation, testing, and quality checks.
- Delivering user training and maintaining training materials.
- Collaborating across departments and escalating issues appropriately.
- Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure operational excellence.
- Attending meetings, managing support tickets, and providing status updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Excel, query handling, and data analysis.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in clinical reporting, business systems, or data operations preferred.
