🧾 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Team Lead, you will:

- Lead all clinical data management activities for assigned studies.
- Act as the main liaison between project leads, internal teams, and clients.
- Review and maintain data management documentation and deliverables.
- Mentor and train junior data managers on study-specific tasks.
- Produce regular status reports and monitor study metrics.
- Contribute to process improvement and business development initiatives.
- Perform Serious Adverse Event (SAE) and vendor data reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with GCP, SOPs, and data privacy standards.
🎓 Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in clinical data management (CDM) or related field.
- Expertise in Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault, and eTMF documentation preferred.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage study timelines effectively.
