🔑 Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Data Specialist at Medtronic, you will:

• Collaborate with departments to design, document, test, and implement clinical data collection studies.
• Design and implement clinical protocols and data collection systems.
• Develop systems for organizing and analyzing clinical trial data.
• Manage data management issues and review protocols for consistency.
• Create and review Case Report Form (CRF) modules.
• Develop data quality plans and resolve data discrepancies.
• Provide input on protocol design focusing on data management.
• Prepare reports for internal and cross-validation studies.
• Mentor junior professionals and guide project execution.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Advanced degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Experience: 3–5 years in clinical research or clinical data management.
• Strong knowledge of CRF design, clinical data validation, and reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
