Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for clinical data collection, review, and implementation.
- Design and implement clinical protocols and data collection systems.
- Develop systems to organize, analyze, and report clinical data trends.
- Review protocols for cross-project consistency and standardize Case Report Forms (CRFs).
- Develop and execute data quality plans and resolve data discrepancies.
- Provide early strategic input into protocol design focused on data management.
- Prepare reports for internal validation and cross-validation of clinical trial studies.
- Mentor or provide guidance to junior colleagues as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in clinical data management or related roles.
- Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of clinical data systems and database management.
- Familiarity with data validation, discrepancy resolution, and CRF design.
- Excellent communication skills for internal stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.
