Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical data management projects from study setup to close-out
- Perform data cleaning and validation activities ensuring high-quality datasets
- Lead study meetings, sponsor interactions, and audits
- Support device integrations and database updates (Veeva EDC)
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Collaborate with programming teams for automation and innovation
- Train and mentor new team members
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
- 3โ4 years of clinical data management experience
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Veeva EDC
- Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
