Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clinical studies by developing and testing case report forms, study reports, and study databases.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of data forms.
- Verifying study data and managing/resolving data discrepancies.
- Coordinating clinical study documentation and maintaining study files.
- Assisting with internal audits of clinical study files for completeness and compliance.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Offering guidance to junior team members, if required.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical data management or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision while managing multiple tasks.
