Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Management Specialist at TCS, you will:

- Review and understand study protocols and timelines.
- Perform data review, data reconciliation, and query management.
- Escalate and resolve discrepancies in clinical data.
- Implement study team feedback and external data checks.
- Develop specifications, test and implement edit checks (DVS).
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for databases.
- Create and maintain study-specific procedure documents.
- Monitor study metrics and ensure accurate reporting.
- Deliver error-free, quality clinical data with zero open queries.
- Maintain data management study files and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience: 5–12 years in Clinical Data Management within CROs, pharma, or clinical research companies.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols, data standards, edit checks, and CDM tools.
- Hands-on experience with query management and discrepancy resolution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
