📄 Job Description: Assistant Data Programmer
As an Assistant Data Programmer, you’ll support the Clinical Data Management team during various stages of clinical trials. This role includes hands-on data work, client communication, and technical documentation aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data management during study startup
- Serve as liaison between Clinical Data Management and internal departments
- Manage moderate-level client queries professionally
- Assist Lead Data Managers in daily activities
- Create standardized data transfer formats per client/regulatory needs
- Maintain protocol portfolio records and activity tracking
- Deliver uninterrupted client service during study maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and take proactive initiative
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field)
- BE/BTech (in IT, Bioinformatics, or similar fields can also apply)
- Fresh graduates or those with 1 –2 years of experience in clinical data or pharma data programming are encouraged.
💡 Required Skills:
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Prior experience with Covance or clinical data systems is a plus
