Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project timelines for multiple studies
- Execute and coordinate end-to-end clinical data management activities
- Provide input on CRF design, edit check specifications, and study documentation
- Create/maintain Data Management Plan (DMP)
- Lead data validation, reconciliation, and listing reviews
- Manage discrepancies, raise/resolve queries
- Support UAT, test data generation, and project documentation
- Maintain electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Participate in regulatory audits and team meetings
- Perform study close-out and finalization tasks
- Ensure project delivery within timelines and budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, or related fields
- 1–6 years of clinical data management experience (pharma/CRO preferred)
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, CDM processes
- Understanding of global clinical development and study budgets
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
