Position Overview
The Clinical Data Management Associate is responsible for trial-level data execution, covering all aspects of clinical data management including database management, data collection, validation, coding, and quality assurance. This role involves collaboration with other data management professionals and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, validated data sets essential for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Strategy and Delivery:
- Execute business requirements for clinical trial data in collaboration with vendors.
- Manage end-to-end data processes, from study setup to trial execution and database lock.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of clinical data management deliverables, including data acquisition, validation, and storage.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and inspections by ensuring data compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee central coding and archiving of data management documents.
- Project Management:
- Ensure data acquisition, database design, and validation meet the specific needs of each clinical trial protocol.
- Track and report key metrics related to study execution and data deliverables.
- Collaborate with study teams to negotiate scope scenarios and ensure cost-effective and value-driven outcomes.
- Facilitate data integration from various sources for informed decision-making.
- Enterprise Leadership:
- Actively seek process improvements to reduce work effort and cycle time.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and shared learning within the Data and Analytics organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in medical field, Informatics, Life Sciences, Health Information Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
- Location: Bangalore, India.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of clinical data management, database design, and data validation.
- Familiarity with internal, external, and regulatory requirements such as FDA, ICH, GCP, and others.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage and integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
