Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Coordinator-I, you will:
- Review and maintain electronic vendor data ensuring protocol-specified parameters.
- Support Lead Data Manager (LDM) in developing Data Transfer Agreements and Specifications.
- Perform query management and resolve discrepancies in external data.
- Assist in validation review of transmitted data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with Clinical staff (CTM/CRA) to obtain and verify local laboratory ranges.
- Perform QC of lab ranges and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding data transfer or validation issues.
- Ensure adherence to departmental SOPs, guidelines, and global standards.
Required Qualifications
To qualify, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Information Technology, or allied health professions.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharma, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, or clinical trials.
- Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of medical terminology and ICH-GCP principles.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
