Job Overview
The Clinical Data Coordinator will support the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team by ensuring high-quality data management deliverables. This role involves leadership in data operations, database testing, and clinical data review.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for clinical studies.
- Perform data review, coding, and database testing.
- Write and resolve data clarifications.
- Lead database audit teams and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CDM teams.
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
✅2-4 years of relevant experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) within clinical data environments.
✅Strong understanding of Clinical Data Management (CDM) processes and how UAT fits into the clinical trial lifecycle.
✅Flexibility to work in hybrid mode, especially for the Kochi location.
✅Willingness to work in shifts, supporting global clinical operations.
✅Creating and entering test cases into the Data Management Plan.
✅Performing User Acceptance Testing for Edit checks that are Ready for UAT.
✅Updating the Edit check status appropriately within the Data Management ✅Plan and clinical trial database (CTDB), if applicable.
✅Communicating issues for erroneous Edit checks to the programmer within the Data Management Plan.
✅Understanding and complying with core operating procedures and working instructions.
✅Developing and maintaining good communications and working relationships with study teams.
✅May serve as Subject Matter Expert providing leadership in a specific UAT task/process

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Clinical, Biological, or Mathematical Sciences (or related field).
