Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Data Coordinator at ICON will support clinical data management operations and ensure the integrity and quality of clinical trial data.
1. Clinical Data Management Operations
- Assist the Data Management Study Lead in maintaining electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs)
- Support development of Data Validation Specifications (DVS)
- Maintain study-specific data management procedures
2. Data Review and Reconciliation
- Perform clinical data reconciliation with third-party data sources
- Review clinical datasets according to edit specifications and data review plans
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
3. Study Metrics and Reporting
- Track study progress and data management metrics
- Communicate status updates to clinical data scientists and project teams
- Support data quality oversight across clinical trials
4. Issue Investigation and Resolution
- Investigate data queries and discrepancies
- Conduct root cause analysis for data issues
- Recommend solutions to improve data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications
