🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Manage, clean, and validate clinical trial data across multiple studies.
- Work extensively with CRIO and eSource platforms for data entry, verification, and documentation.
- Collaborate with study teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor data flow and generate status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support database setup, testing, and closure activities in line with Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP).
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CRIO.
- 3+ years of practical experience working with eSource systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes and data standards.
- Proficiency in EDC systems, data review, and query management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
