As a Senior Clinical Data Coder, you will:

- Perform accurate coding of medical terms and medications using MedDRA, WHO Drug, and internal conventions.
- Lead coding activities across multiple ongoing studies and ensure consistent application of conventions.
- Oversee coding module setup for assigned studies with correct configurations.
- Manage coding priorities and timelines across studies.
- Develop and maintain coding guidelines, synonym lists, and documentation.
- Provide input to Data Management Plans and database checks.
- Mentor junior coders and support team development.
- Participate in process improvements and SOP development.
- Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, EMA, and Health Canada guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical data coding in CROs or pharma.
- Strong knowledge of medical dictionaries (MedDRA, WHO Drug).
- Proven experience in coding module setup and management.
- Familiarity with clinical data review and query management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead global teams and manage multiple studies.
