🔑 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Associate II, you will:
- Identify, resolve, and update clinical data discrepancies in data management systems.
- Generate, track, and resolve data clarifications and queries.
- Review clinical data listings for accuracy and consistency.
- Perform SAE (Serious Adverse Event) and third-party vendor reconciliations.
- Lead advanced data cleaning processes to ensure compliance with GCPs and SOPs.
- Produce project-specific reports for internal teams and clients.
- Contribute to CRF design and validation activities.
- Collaborate with global teams and external stakeholders using strong communication and negotiation skills.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
To qualify, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of clinical data management experience.
- Proficiency in EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault).
- Knowledge of clinical trial terminology, eTMF, and data validation manuals.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices and confidentiality protocols.
