Ascentrik Research Pvt. Ltd. is inviting skilled professionals to join their dynamic team in Pune as a Senior Clinical Data Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Beacon Targeted Therapies, a cutting-edge database from Hanson Wade (UK) that provides deep insights into clinical trials, oncology, immunology, and targeted therapies.
This position is perfect for M.Pharm or M.Sc graduates with a strong background in clinical data management, secondary research, and life sciences analytics.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Clinical Data Associate, your role will include:

- Leading and managing researchers to curate accurate, timely, and insightful clinical data.
- Performing regular quality checks (QC) on data and maintaining high data integrity.
- Analyzing and presenting quality metrics and developing improvement plans.
- Coordinating directly with UK-based clients to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Conducting secondary research and maintaining trackers for Beacon modules.
- Reviewing and implementing SOPs for continuous process improvement.
- Supporting data curation for oncology and immunology-based clinical trials.
- Ensuring compliance with internal quality benchmarks and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates should have:
- Education:
- Master’s in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, etc.) or
- Master’s in Science (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Clinical Research, Drug Development, Genetics, Immunology, etc.)
- OR Bachelor of Pharmacy with ≥2 years’ experience and a PG Diploma in Clinical Research
- Experience: 2–4 years in Clinical Research, Preclinical Studies, Clinical Data Management, or Medical Writing
- Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of drug development and clinical trial processes
- Familiarity with oncology, genetic, autoimmune, and neurological disorders
- Strong analytical and Excel proficiency
- Proven QC and data validation skills
- Excellent communication and reporting ability
- Leadership and project management experience preferred
- Published research paper in a peer-reviewed journal (desirable)
