The organization is currently hiring for Clinical Data Analyst and Quality Assurance Associate roles within its core operational teams.
These office-based pharmaceutical and clinical research jobs are ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of relevant industry experience who are looking to advance their careers in Clinical Data Management (CDM) and Quality Assurance (QA). Freshers are not eligible for these positions.

1. Clinical Data Analyst
Department: Clinical Data Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation of clinical trial data
- Review CRFs, EDC data, and query resolution activities
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Support database lock activities and data cleaning processes
- Coordinate with clinical operations and biostatistics teams
2. Quality Assurance Associate
Department: Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks across clinical processes
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in CAPA management and quality documentation
- Support inspection readiness and compliance monitoring
- Maintain QA records and quality metrics
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant industry experience
- Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc (Life Sciences) or equivalent
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills
