Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical trial datasets across study phases to generate insights
- Validate analytical outputs and identify data inconsistencies or gaps
- Interpret trial outcomes including:
- Efficacy data
- Safety signals
- Endpoints and survival metrics
- Compare analytical approaches and recommend optimal strategies
- Assess clinical data quality and completeness from multiple sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover meaningful trends
- Present insights using Excel and PowerPoint for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing analytical judgment
Required Qualifications
- 3โ6 years of experience in clinical data analysis (pharma/CRO/biotech)
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical trial phases
- Study arms and endpoints
- Inclusion/exclusion criteria
- Experience interpreting clinical trial datasets, not just managing them
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and validation
- Ability to identify data issues and explain their business impact
- Strong communication skills for translating insights into decisions
Preferred Skills
- Experience in oncology clinical trials or complex therapeutic areas
- Exposure to real-world data (RWD) or trial intelligence
- Basic knowledge of Python for exploratory analysis
- Experience working in global teams
