As a Clinical Coordinator I at Worldcare Clinical, you will provide essential administrative support for clinical trials, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with protocols. Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support:Â Assist Project Managers with trial-related documentation, meeting coordination, and tracking project progress.
- Site Management:Â Coordinate site activation, personnel training, and equipment credentialing.
- Compliance & Quality Control:Â Monitor protocol adherence, identify trends/issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Data Management: Update CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) with accurate site and subject information.
- Documentation & Reporting:Â Maintain trial records, generate reports, and ensure timely filing of project documents.
- Training & Support:Â Arrange ad-hoc training sessions for sites to maintain imaging quality and standardization.
- Audit Assistance:Â Provide administrative support during project-related audits.
- Study Closeout:Â Manage trial record e-transfer/shipments post-study completion.
Preferred Candidate Profile
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative support; clinical trial exposure is advantageous.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database software.
✅ Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
✅ Work Ethic: Proactive, able to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
