Key Responsibilities – Clinical Analyst Role
Clinical Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze clinical and operational data to assess workflow efficiency and program performance
- Monitor clinical KPIs, adoption metrics, and outcomes before and after go-live
- Develop and maintain dashboards for utilization, adherence, and outcomes tracking
- Recommend improvements to clinical protocols and care pathways
Clinical Platform Configuration & QA
- Configure clinical workflows, protocols, alerts, and care plans
- Perform clinical and functional quality assurance (QA) before releases and go-lives
- Manage clinical asset tickets in coordination with product and engineering teams
Release & Go-Live Support
- Support quarterly GA (General Availability) releases from a clinical readiness perspective
- Conduct pre-go-live clinical readiness checks and data validation
- Provide real-time troubleshooting during go-live and office hours
Post Go-Live Optimization
- Track platform adoption and identify workflow or data quality gaps
- Analyze post-go-live clinical queries and KPIs
- Recommend workflow, protocol, and asset enhancements to improve usability and outcomes
Qualifications Required
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field
- Experience with clinical data analysis, SQL/query-based reporting, and dashboards
- Hands-on experience in software configuration, QA, or healthcare IT implementations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical background (RN, allied health, care management, quality roles)
- Experience with EHRs, care management platforms, population health systems
- Knowledge of value-based care, quality measures, and clinical KPIs
- Experience supporting system go-lives and post-implementation optimization
