🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs)
- Manage spontaneous and solicited reports including AEs, medication errors, legal complaints, and special cases
- Respond to web-based medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers
- Perform follow-ups with patients and HCPs as per client SOPs
- Generate follow-up letters and AEM forms
- Update templates and route for medical reviewer approval
- Document calls as per Medical Information SOPs
- Research and resolve customer complaints using applicable systems
- Escalate issues to supervisors when required
🎓 Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Science Graduate
- 1–4 years of experience in UK/US call center or medical information environment
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles
