Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice-based pharmacovigilance calls related to adverse event reporting
- Collect, verify, and document Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and global stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and compliant data entry as per regulatory guidelines
- Follow SOPs and quality standards for pharmacovigilance operations
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet all mandatory requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- BAMS
- BHMS
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Mandatory Requirement:
- Valid Indian Passport (minimum 18 months validity)
- Additional Skills:
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
