This Analyst job in Ahmedabad focuses on large molecule bioanalysis, including ELISA, ligand binding assays (LBA), and cell-based assays performed under regulatory-compliant environments.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Study-Related Bioanalytical Activities
- Perform method development and method validation for immunoassays and ligand binding assays.
- Conduct ELISA and large molecule assays as per approved study protocols and SOPs.
- Ensure data accuracy, reproducibility, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
- Process biological samples (handling, aliquoting, storage, disposal).
- Prepare reagents, standards, buffers, controls, and solvents.
- Maintain GLP/GCLP-compliant documentation (raw data, worksheets, lab notebooks).
- Operate instruments such as microplate readers and microplate washers.
2️⃣ Cell Culture Laboratory Activities
- Perform cell-based assays under regulatory-compliant study protocols.
- Handle routine cell culture activities (thawing, passaging, seeding, maintenance).
- Maintain aseptic conditions in biosafety cabinets.
- Operate CO₂ incubators and liquid nitrogen storage systems.
- Ensure proper documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
3️⃣ General Laboratory Duties
- Prepare laboratory reagents and manage consumables.
- Assist in preparation and revision of SOPs and work instructions.
- Support inventory management and equipment calibration.
- Report deviations, OOS results, and incidents.
- Promote safety compliance under GLP and biosafety standards.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- MSc in Biotechnology
- 2–5 years experience in Large Molecule Lab
- Hands-on exposure to:
- ELISA
- Ligand Binding Assays (LBA)
- Immunoassays
- Cell-based assays
- GLP/GCLP documentation
