Role & Responsibilities
As a Global Project Manager at Cliantha Research, your primary responsibility will be to create, plan, and monitor all project activities in the PM database, ensuring accuracy at all times. The role includes:
- Identifying interdependencies for all projects and facilitating communication among various functional areas.
- Understanding the critical path project activities and notifying relevant teams or management of any related issues.
- Collaborating with management to establish project interim milestones and ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Providing first-level support for all software problems related to the PM database, documenting solutions as required.
- Gathering feedback from end users to ensure the PM database continues to meet the organization’s needs.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions.
- Providing basic training to end users on the PM database, including cross-functional training.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of analytical methods and bioequivalence studies completed on a monthly basis.
Qualifications

- The ideal candidate must have knowledge in BA/BE Studies.
- A good understanding of regulatory guidelines for conducting BA/BE studies is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
