⭐ Key Responsibilities

As an Associate STEM Content Analyst, you will:

• Source, research, evaluate, and interpret payer restrictions and policy data.
• Enter formulary and restrictions information using Gen AI–powered workflows.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all therapeutic classes.
• Collect, organize, and store supporting documentation.
• Support automation processes for restrictions policy research.
• Contribute to ad-hoc research projects to meet client deliverables.
• Collaborate with global teams across India, the US, and Canada.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharmaceutical Sciences degree
• Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Research Tools)
• Ability to interpret clinical and healthcare data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
