Job Description:
Clarivate is seeking an IP Renewals Analyst to join our Global Operations team in Noida. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, global team responsible for the successful renewal of clients’ intellectual property rights. The team comprises 15-20 professionals and reports to the Senior Manager, Operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform activities related to the renewal of clients’ IP rights portfolios based on client requests, ensuring adherence to agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Process allocated work as per work instructions, team alignment, task priority, and client requirements.
- Review case status on respective renewal systems and interpret client requests to act accordingly.
- Handle exceptions and forward outputs for quality checking.
- Acknowledge completion of work to supervisors/clients.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by recognizing gaps and implementing actionable solutions.
About the Team:
The Global Renewals Team at Clarivate is responsible for renewing clients’ IP portfolios to ensure the protection of their intellectual property rights. The team includes Service Operations IP Analysts, SMEs, Leads, Senior Leads, and a Senior Manager. Internal stakeholders include other teams within the renewals business, while external stakeholders include customers and agents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in operations (preferred).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpretation and comprehension abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate or master’s degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in operations.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, enthusiastic, and committed.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours of Work:
- 45 working hours per week.
