Job Responsibilities
As an Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst, you will be a part of our dedicated FingerTip Formulary Team in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth research, review, and interpretation of formulary data.
- Entering data accurately for various therapeutic drug classes across Commercial, PBM, Medicaid, and Medicare plans.
- Performing primary and secondary health plan research to ensure accurate coverage analysis.
- Collaborating with team members for plan updates and changes.
- Validating formulary data entered by researchers and reporting discrepancies.
- Assisting in training new team members to enhance their drug information knowledge.
Qualifications Required
To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Market Access, Managed Care, or PBM workflow.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication.
- Advanced computer literacy, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
