Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in researching, integrating, and analyzing healthcare datasets to deliver actionable insights. Your work will directly impact our ability to simplify Payer integration for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research payer-related information available in the public domain.
- Perform data mining and data storage activities as per required structures and formats.
- Integrate datasets based on business rules and generate business-specific deliverables.
- Analyze and present data to answer specific business questions.
- Work on Data Mastering, Bridging & Integration projects involving US Managed Care/Payer Access datasets.
Projects You’ll Work On:
- Exposure to Clarivate-owned datasets like FingerTip and HLI.
- Integration of external datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, and Specialty data.
About You
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the US healthcare market.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience in research, data mining, and data storage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree.
- Attention to detail.
- A flexible and collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adopt a systematic approach.

Work Hours and Location
- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- Work Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work).
