Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing & Budget Development
- Develop pricing estimates for simple to complex clinical projects
- Generate budgets, ballparks, and fee schedules for RFP requests
- Support change-in-scope requests with accurate cost estimates
2. Proposal & Change Order Management
- Prepare change order documents and proposals
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Finance, and Science teams
- Deliver high-quality documents within strict timelines
3. RFP & Protocol Analysis
- Analyze client RFPs and protocols
- Work cross-functionally to build accurate, compliant pricing strategies
4. System & Documentation Management
- Update internal systems with budget and project data
- Maintain documentation per departmental guidelines
5. Process & Team Support
- Mentor junior team members
- Improve templates and internal processes
- Support interdepartmental initiatives related to RFP and change orders
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Experience may substitute formal education
Experience Required
- Minimum 2+ years in Life Sciences / Clinical Research / Pharma
- Experience in pricing estimates and proposal development
- Familiarity with clinical trial terminology
Technical Skills
- Intermediate to Expert in MS Excel & Word
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools (preferred)
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills
