Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Imaging Read Services Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Entering, maintaining, and tracking read data in internal systems.
• Communicating with assigned radiologists on capacity and scheduling.
• Collecting and managing reader documentation (W9s, CVs, disclosures).
• Ensuring accurate data entry into Salesforce and related systems.
• Monitoring and following up on urgent image reads and reader availability.
• Coordinating reader training, scheduling, and study protocol alignment.
• Reviewing system reports and allocating reads daily.
• Managing reader calendars and daily workflows.
• Setting up reads per protocol and assigning exams appropriately.
• Adhering to SOPs and contributing to process documentation.
• Supporting team initiatives and attending company training programs.

Qualifications Required

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields).
  • Candidates with equivalent relevant experience may also apply.
• Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exposure to clinical trials, imaging, or pharmaceutical environments is a plus (but not mandatory).
