Job Description
Clario is seeking a Data Coordination Team Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure workflow efficiency, and mentor team members in data management. This role involves managing a team responsible for data acquisition, query resolution, and maintaining compliance with SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow & Team Management (50% Time Allocation)
- Monitor daily workflow of the Data Coordination and Data Acquisition Team.
- Assess workload distribution and adjust assignments for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure equal task allocation among team members.
Training & Performance Evaluation
- Train new hires on Data Coordination Department operations.
- Assist in 6-month evaluations for new team members.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and write performance reviews.
Communication & Process Improvement
- Maintain daily shift communication and follow-up on pending issues.
- Update the team on procedure changes, deadlines, and workload demands.
- Assist in developing and updating department SOPs and working practices.
Metrics & Reporting
- Prepare client activity metrics (ECGs processed, queries resolved, etc.).
- Track employee productivity and quality metrics to meet goals.
- Present Data Coordination issues in planning meetings.
Query Resolution & Compliance
- Mentor team members on query resolution techniques and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to global SOPs and SWIs.
- Monitor turnaround times and system queues for efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education:
- BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field OR
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical data coordination or similar role.
Experience & Skills:
- Strong investigational and documentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Adaptable to shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
