Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: B. Pharm. / B. Sc. (Chemistry)
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in packing with knowledge of handling QMS activities, qualifications, and other related documents
Job Description:
As a Shift In-charge – Packing at Cipla, your primary role will be to monitor packing activities during your shift while maintaining cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety norms. This is to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor Shift Packing Activity: Manage available resources effectively to minimize machine stoppages and achieve shift targets.
- Review Documentation: Ensure all documentation related to packing activities is accurate and monitor standard packing parameters as per BPR (Batch Production Record) to meet regulatory requirements.
- Manufacturing Records: Review and update manufacturing records and online documentation to comply with production and cGMP standards.
- Safety Adherence: Monitor compliance with safety guidelines during packing activities to maintain a safe working environment.
- Training: Provide training to staff and workmen through regular interactions to ensure the production of quality products.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement new ideas to simplify processes, reduce process cycle times, and achieve new targets.
