Cipla is conducting a walk-in interview on February 22, 2026 (Sunday) for multiple positions at its manufacturing facility in Sikkim. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals in pharmaceutical production, quality, engineering, safety, and support roles to join one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
The walk-in will take place from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Sundar Hotel & Resort, Majitar, Sikkim. Cipla is seeking skilled candidates for its OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), sterile, packing, engineering, EHS, stores, QC, and QA departments. Preference will be given to local residents of Sikkim.
Available Job Roles and Experience Requirements
Cipla is hiring for the following positions:
- Sterile Officer/Operator Strong knowledge of BFS, aseptic practices, media fill, CIP/SIP, autoclave operations, with skills in nasal spray filling, vial washing (tunnel), and vessel operations. Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent (Diploma/Mechanical/Others). Experience: 2 to 8 years.
- OSD Officer/Operator Exposure to hard and soft gelatin capsules, tablets, and OSD packing. Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent. Experience: 2 to 8 years.
- Packing Officer/Operator Experience in OSD and sterile packing lines with knowledge of BQS and sterile packing machines. Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma / Mechanical / Others. Experience: 2 to 8 years.
- Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineer Knowledge of electrical systems, power systems (EP12500, EPI2500), utilities, HVAC, validation, maintenance, SCADA, BMS, communication, PLC & DCS systems. Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech. Experience: 4 to 12 years.
- Safety – EHS Experience in pharma EHS, work permits, chemical handling, emergencies, and process safety. Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. Experience: 5 to 12 years.
- Stores Officer Handling material receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control as per GMP. Qualification: B.Sc. Experience: 2 to 6 years.
- Quality Control / Quality Control Microbiology Experience in HPLC, stability, PM/RM/FG, validation analysis, and QC Microbiology. Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc. Experience: 2 to 6 years.
- Quality Assurance Experience in IPQA, validation, and QMS. Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc. Experience: 2 to 6 years.
