Job Responsibilities
Quality Control Analyst (Apprentice)
- Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Perform stability studies and routine sampling/testing per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and data analysis.
- Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
- Keep the lab clean and safe.
Plant Officer – API Manufacturing (Apprentice)
- Operate and monitor API manufacturing equipment (e.g., reactors, centrifuges, dryers).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area per cGMP norms.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle raw materials and intermediates safely.
- Record process parameters and report deviations promptly.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Support shift in-charges and participate in audits and trainings.
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry) or B.E./B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from 2024 or 2025 batches.
- Experience: Freshers (no prior experience required).
- Academic Requirements: Minimum 60% aggregate in qualifying degree.
- Skills: Familiarity with cGMP, GLP, and safety protocols; basic knowledge of analytical instruments or API manufacturing equipment is a plus.
