About the Role:
As a Team Member QC (Trainee/Sr. Executive), you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of tasks, offering significant opportunities for professional development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytical Testing: Conduct comprehensive chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to meet stringent quality standards. This includes utilizing advanced analytical techniques and instrumentation.
- Instrumentation Expertise: Operate and maintain a variety of sophisticated analytical instruments, including but not limited to: High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), UV Spectrophotometer, Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Dissolution apparatus. Proficiency in instrument calibration and maintenance is essential.
- Compliance and Documentation: Adhere strictly to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and all relevant regulatory requirements. Maintain meticulous and accurate records of test results, data analysis, and experimental procedures.
- Stability Studies and Sampling: Conduct routine stability studies and sampling/testing as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This involves analyzing product stability over time and ensuring consistent quality.
- Laboratory Management: Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Analytical Chemistry: A strong academic background in analytical chemistry is crucial for this role.
- Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Quality Control (QC) environment within the pharmaceutical industry is required. Experience with the specific instrumentation listed above is highly desirable.
