Available Positions and Responsibilities
Cipla is hiring for the following roles with experience ranging from 0-6 years to 5-14 years:
- Sterile/Nasal/Aerosol Officer Should have sound knowledge of BFS machine operation, aseptic area maintenance, media fill, batch manufacturing, CIP, SIP, and Autoclave processes.
- Sterile/Nasal/Aerosol Operator Operation and cleaning of nasal spray filling & sealing machine, vial washing machine and tunnel, manufacturing & holding vessel, FFS, aseptic behaviour & practices.
- OSD Operator Exposure in hard gelatin capsules, soft gelatin capsules, tablet & packing in OSD manufacturing.
- Packing Officer Candidate having experience in different packing lines of OSD & sterile manufacturing.
- Packing Operator Should have sound knowledge of BQS, Cartonator, EP12500, FB300 machine operation.
- EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Should have experience in environment, health & safety preferably in pharmaceutical industry. Exposure working as a safety officer managing work permit, chemical handling, emergency management, EHS management system and process safety.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Sterile/Nasal/Aerosol Officer & Packing Officer: B.Pharm / M.Pharm Experience: 0.6-6 years
- Sterile/Nasal/Aerosol Operator, OSD Operator, Packing Operator: Diploma Mechanical / Electrical / Other Experience: 0.6-6 years
- EHS: B.Tech / M.Sc Experience: 5-14 years

Salary and Benefits
Cipla offers competitive compensation packages in line with industry standards. Estimated salary ranges (based on experience and role):
- Operator roles: ₹2.5 – 4.5 Lakhs per annum
- Officer roles: ₹4 – 7 Lakhs per annum
- EHS role: ₹5 – 10 Lakhs per annum
