Roles & Responsibilities
As a Junior Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Execute production activities as per safety and GMP guidelines
- Operate equipment as per SOP without errors or deviations
- Perform unit operations and follow batch manufacturing records (BMR)
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve shift production targets
- Maintain equipment, facility, and premises for audit readiness
- Identify and rectify documentation errors and process deficiencies
- Ensure proper online documentation and data integrity compliance
- Suggest improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality
- Conduct training sessions on cGMP, safety, and equipment handling
- Ensure housekeeping, sanitation, and PPE usage during shifts
- Report near-miss incidents to supervisors promptly
- Improve inter-shift communication for better productivity
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational criteria:
- B.Sc in Chemistry / Botany / Zoology / Physics / Mathematics / Science
OR - Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing organization
- Experience in pharmaceutical production (preferred)
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines
