Job Specifications
For OSD Production
- Experience in machine operations for tablets, capsules, and ointments.
For Sterile Manufacturing
- Expertise in FFS, BFS, Autoclave, Steam Sterilizers (Fedegari).
- Hands-on with Filling & Sealing machines (Bosch & Groninger).
- Ampoule and Vial Filling operations and Injectable production.
For Production Officers
- Monitoring shop-floor activities for Ampoule, Vial, and Injectable production.
- Online documentation: log books, batch records, and QMS.
For API Production
- Experience in unit operations during batch processing.
- Knowledge of GMP documents, SOPs, and Data Integrity principles.
Qualifications Required
- Diploma Holders: DPharm/DME/DEE (1–5 years of experience).
- Graduate/Postgraduate:
- BPharm/MPharm (2–5 years of experience).
- Diploma/B.Tech-Chemical or BSc/MSc-Chemistry.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in regulatory-approved pharma manufacturing (USFDA, MHRA, EU, etc.).
- Apprentices with over 6 months of relevant experience are also eligible.
