This drive invites candidates with technical qualifications for roles in engineering, maintenance, and packaging operations. Preference is given to freshers, particularly female candidates, to promote diversity in the workforce.

Available Positions and Roles & Responsibilities

Chiron Behring is hiring for the following key departments:

1. Engineering: Water Systems

• Operate and maintain Purified Water (PW), WFI, and RO systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, WHO, and regulatory standards during documentation and operations.
• Perform routine sanitization, flushing, and system troubleshooting.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspection, lubrication, alignment, and calibration of equipment.

2. Plant & Machine Maintenance

• Exposure to maintenance of critical vaccine production equipment including Filling, Washing, Dehydrogenation Tunnel, Cap Sealing, and Isolator essential.
• Knowledge of change control, deviation management, and CAPA processes is required.

3. Packaging & Visual Inspection (Freshers Only – Preferably Females)

• Perform visual inspection of vials/ampoules/syringes for defects such as particles, cracks, leakage, and labeling errors.
• Handle primary and secondary packaging as per SOPs and batch packing records.
• Ensure line clearance, correct coding, labeling, and documentation compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 0 to 10 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply, especially for Packaging & Visual Inspection roles).
• Qualifications:
  • ITI, Diploma
  • B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation)
  • Intermediate, ITI, Diploma
  • B.Sc, B.Com, BA

Candidates with hands-on experience in vaccine or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing will have an advantage.

Salary, Benefits, and Application Process

Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. For freshers and entry-level roles, expect an annual package in the range of INR 2.5 to 6 Lakhs, with higher ranges possible for experienced candidates in engineering and maintenance (up to INR 8 Lakhs based on skills).
