Responsibilities
- Perform E/M IP medical coding with accuracy and compliance.
- Review, audit, and ensure coding quality as per guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for error resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest medical coding standards and compliance.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E/M IP coding.
- For Quality Analyst roles – at least 1 year of auditing experience.
- Certification is mandatory (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred; up to 30 days’ notice period accepted.
