Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain regulatory chemical data lists.
- Develop and manage core chemical data for products.
- Identify substances and assign them per regulatory guidelines (CAS RN, EC-Number, SMILES, molecular formula).
- Document linkage of chemicals belonging to the same family.
- Convert chemical data into structured formats passing all QC checks.
- Create and execute test cases in the system.
- Validate product release against test cases and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of chemical structures, functional groups, and chemical database management can apply.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of organic and inorganic chemical structures.
- Experience with relational database concepts and MS Access Queries.
- Ability to create and execute data test cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail for error-free chemical data management.
