Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Understand client requirements for testing, calibration, and instrumentation services
- Prepare and send quotations, follow up aggressively, and close sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical and laboratory teams for smooth order execution
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Build long-term relationships with industrial and pharmaceutical clients
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry preferred) OR B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial/B2B/inside sales (lab equipment, instruments, or services sales experience is a big plus)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email etiquette
- Both freshers with strong communication (only if 6–12 months internship in sales) and experienced candidates can apply
